Payatas Poverty Alleviation Foundation is a  non-stock, non-profit organization that was set up to be an anti-poverty non-government organization (NGO) primarily to benefit the residents of Barangay Payatas and also the other less advantaged people of Quezon City.

PPAF, Inc. is a registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission last 30th of May 2011 with Company Registration No. CN201109102 and TIN No. 008-053-722.

Accredited/Certified by Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Social Services Development Department (SSDD) of the Quezon City Government

Our Vision

The premier organization for the eradication of poverty in Payatas, one that

  1. addresses the causes of poverty and provides long-term solutions that transform the poor into productive, patriotic, God-fearing, environment-friendly and empowered citizens; and

  2. has the capability to generate resources and has competent people and professionals to handle its various activities; and

  3.   works with professional and dedicated partner organizations to carry out its mission.


Our Mission

To help the poor of Payatas get out of poverty

       PURPOSE:

  1. To promote and advocate integrative programs for community development, and implement outreach activities that help the less fortunate primarily in the Payatas area, and secondarily in the larger communities that it serves;

  2. To mobilize and leverage philanthropic capital, investment capital, social capital and resources in an efficient and responsible manner, so as to be able to undertake activities that seek to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for positive change in Payatas, such as livelihood training and micro finance, health and feeding programs, education and alternative learning systems, environment protection and disaster response, shelter programs and sports programs.
